Winning bidders. The winning bidder for license EBN001, with a bid of $83,346,000, is Satellite CD Radio, Inc. The winning bidder for license EBN002, with a bid of $89,888,888, is American Mobile Radio Corporation. Post-auction procedures. Winning bidders are required to submit a down payment to the Commission in an amount sufficient to bring their total deposits up to 20 percent of their winning bids within ten (10) business days, which is Wednesday, April 16, 1997. Winning bidders should follow the payment instructions provided in the March 6, 1997 Public Notice, DA 97-477, announcing the DARS auction. The specific down payments for each license are listed in the attachment to this Public Notice. Within 30 business days of this Public Notice, or no later than May 16, 1997, each winning bidder in the DARS auction is required to submit the information required by 47 C.F.R.  25.144, any amendments to its pending applications, and all required information related to international coordination.
