FCC PCS Auctions

                       Instruction on the Internet

The files pesented here on the FCC.GOV ftp Internet server
contain information on the round by round bids of the FCC Nationwide
Narrowband PCS Auction.  The ASCII text files have the following file
naming convention:

PCSRDxxx.TXT

where xxx repesents the round number.  For example, PCSRD005.TXT
is the file containing the PCS bids in round 5.

These files wil be made available within 30 minutes after the closing of
each round.  Each round will be approximately one hour apart.  The first
file will be available approximately 11:30am EST, Monday, July 25, 1994.

The bidding results are provided purely for the convenience of the
public and are unofficial in nature.
