The system used for processing the form 175 for auction DE and F is experiencing technical difficulties.   
User accessing the system will experience delays in processing applications.  Also service interruptions 
may be experienced.  If you have problems with the connection  re-attempt after 15 minutes.   Please check  
FCC auction’s FTP site or BBS for updates on the system.
